We’ve recently welcomed two new members to the Coachio family – Ian Ashworth and Anna Tibby.
Ian joins us as Service Delivery Manager. He is an experienced manager and consultant who has spent approximately 20 years covering continuous improvement, internal controls, change management, and business unit reviews. His passion is in people and leadership, and believes that combining that with effective, simple improvement methodologies is the foundation for successful businesses. He works collaboratively with management and staff to map business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement positive change.
Ian has worked in both the public and private sectors, in small and large companies, and internationally as well as domestically. His work history includes time spent at Vodafone Group in the UK, Verizon across Europe, and the Bay of Plenty Regional Council in New Zealand.
Anna is our new Service Delivery Coordinator. She is a graduate of the University of Waikato, with a Bachelor of Management Studies, majoring in Marketing and Strategic Management.
The Service Delivery team will be focused on ensuring our training and consulting runs smoothly, as well as taking on the promotional and marketing responsibilities for the Group.
