Service Delivery Coordinator
Anna is a recent graduate from the University of Waikato, completing a Bachelor of Management Studies. She completed her degree with double major in Marketing and Strategic Management, combining her creative flair with her keen interest in business. She believes that the best results are achieved through innovation and collaboration.
Charli is an experienced tutor who can adapt to any type of learner group, offering coaching and mentoring alongside the vocational training to a range of industries and cultures. Charli is part of the NZ Health and Safety professionals with a particular focus for protecting the environment which aligns with her passion for youth welfare, the ocean, and the outdoors.
John brings over 40 years experience from a variety of roles including being a detective in the NZ Police, working in human resources, being a Park Ranger, skippering boats, piloting planes, through to holding Health and Safety roles in manufacturing organisations and latterly a consultant and trainer.
John is a facilitator with experience across multiple disciplines including, health & safety, biosecurity, Fire Service communications, contact centre, and the military. The last five years he has focused on health and safety with a special interest in engagement of workers. John gets great satisfaction from helping workers gain knowledge, skills, and influencing attitudes and behaviours.
Yvonne has over 10 years Health & Safety experience and is a proponent of moving from compliance-based H&S to practical application. She loves training and aims to make learning and H&S fun. Yvonne is also proficient in rehabilitation and return to work with the ACC Act being another speciality. She also undertakes coaching and mentoring with very successful outcomes.
Scotty has provided training, assessments, and consultancy around health & safety management and frontline leadership for over 35 years, often in the energy sector in NZ and overseas. He believes in providing a quality outcome for any activity he is involved in. Using his positive attitude & friendly, sincere, down to earth approach, he can communicate successfully at all levels.
Dave Kitchen has over 25 years Operational Management experience at both hands-on and strategic levels. Dave has experienced and managed many change initiatives across businesses large and small. Utilising his extensive skillset, he can bring Change Management, Business Process Improvement, and Incident Investigation to your business. Dave is qualified in Change Management and is an accredited Change Management Practitioner.

Pete has significant experience working as a Senior Web Developer with a demonstrated history of working in the Digital industry. Skilled in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Magento, WordPress, Content Management Systems (CMS), Web Development and Web Design, HTML, CSS and PHP.
